There is safety in becoming a perpetual student. To analyze until you paralyze yourself into a corner. Eventually, you need to get started. The sooner you start, the sooner you will succeed. Dig deep, and figure out what is keeping you from taking that leap and starting your business.

There's a saying; "The secret of getting ahead is getting started" Something like getting out of your own way or analysis paralysis. I would like to talk to you about that in regards to voice-over. I know so many people, so many students that coach and train and make demos and then they go back and they coach and they train again and they make demos. I don't have any problem with coaching and learning how to self-direct that's not a problem, but when it becomes a problem is when you continually are training or continually in the process of going to make your business or start your business without actually starting your business.

Sometimes you just have to take that leap off the cliff, that leap of faith, and just get started. Because that's when the real learning begins, that's when you're going to maybe make a mistake, maybe you were going to not have success, but guess what you might have success, and you will have success. Because as you progress forward and you start and you fail and you continue and you learn you're going to just continue having more success after more success. And then maybe the occasional failure which is OK. So what you wanna do is really ask yourself what is it that's holding me back?

Try to really dig deep and figure out what it is that's holding you back. Is it fear? I guarantee you a lot of cases it just might be fear. Is it fear of failure or is it fear of success? Try to put yourself out there a little bit each day and I promise you it will get easier and easier and easier. When you put yourself out a little bit each day, well maybe your failures won't be so grand or they won't be so big in your eyes and they won't be so scary. Continue to try to learn from your failures and go out there and start that via business because I got faith in you.

Much love and Keep on rockin' your biz!

XOXO,

Anne
