Regardless of how many years I've been on mic, I know I need to continue sharpening my skills. I've always admired Anne's work and thought of her immediately when I wanted to up my game for Explainer and Corporate. Anne was fantastic! Guiding and collaborative all at the same time. That's exactly what I needed to get lightbulbs blinking and stories weaving.
Now I'm looking forward to the next narration audition that comes in (something I haven't felt for quite a while).

Anne is a great coach and demo producer. I learned a tremendous amount from her during our coaching sessions. Her process starts with coaching and builds up to the point of creating your demo. Anne Ganguzza is unique. This was my first thought when we had our initial consultation. She asked me questions about my experience and goals with voiceover and truly listened to my answers. That was a refreshing experience for me. Having mainly done on-camera commercial work with some voiceover in the past, I knew I needed someone who could assertively instruct me. I found that person in Anne. She has this skill that I call the "positive reinforcement" technique. She will let you know when you are not "getting it" and push you out of your comfort zone. Big time! Then, when you do get it or are getting close to it, she will praise you and immediately reinforce your achievement, which instantly boosts your self-confidence. Her timing on this is impeccable. I felt confused as to which genres would suit me. Anne was the first professional to help me understand the type of voice I have. She then gave me lots of homework to hone the subtleties and nuances of the categories we decided were best for me. The result is a corporate/industrial demo that I am enormously proud of. Recording it was a harmonious collaboration between Anne, John, and myself. I have every confidence that this demo will be a successful marketing tool for me. Finally, but not least of all, Anne is a caring person who leads with love. Authenticity and compassion are increasingly hard to find. Anne has these qualities. She is also fun and light-hearted, and her sparkling personality shines through in all that she does for her brand.
