Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to anneganguzza.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Anne Ganguzza. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, including all coaching, demo production, video content, and educational services provided. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.


2. Membership & User Accounts

Anne Ganguzza’s Website is a membership-based platform, which means you are required to create an account to access certain services, including coaching sessions, demo production, video content, and exclusive materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.


You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to your account or membership to another person without prior written authorization.


Anne Ganguzza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.


3. Coaching Sessions

All coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once purchased and scheduled, coaching sessions cannot be refunded under any circumstance, including but not limited to schedule changes, cancellations, or dissatisfaction with content. Please book your sessions thoughtfully and ensure your availability before purchasing.


If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to request a new time. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund.


4. Demo Production Services

If you purchase Voiceover Demo Production services and are unsatisfied with the production, you may request a refund on production services only. Session fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund as follows:


  • Performance Coaching Sessions – $200 each

  • Vocal Branding & Demo Prep Sessions – $200 each

  • Demo Recording Session – $700


Demo Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are only available before the final demo is delivered to you. Once your demo is finalized and released, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) months of purchase by emailing anne@anneaganguzza.com. After 3 months, no refunds will be processed.

  • Refunds apply only to demo production services and not to any coaching, prep, or recording sessions leading up to the demo.


5. Video Purchases

All videos, webinars, workshops, and other pre-recorded content purchased through anneganguzza.com are non-refundable. Once a video product is purchased and access is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


6. Payments

All payments for coaching sessions, demo production, video content, and other services must be made in advance through authorized payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.


Anne Ganguzza reserves the right to adjust pricing or fees at any time. Any fee changes will be updated on the Website.


7. User Content & Intellectual Property

When you submit content (such as demos, recordings, reviews, or comments), you grant Anne Ganguzza a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, and promote that content in connection with her services.


Nothing in this license grants Anne Ganguzza, or any third party, permission to use a guest’s or other participant’s isolated voice recording for artificial intelligence training, voice cloning, synthetic voice creation, biometric modeling, or similar purposes unless that use is expressly authorized in a separate written agreement.


You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.


All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, articles, educational materials, transcripts, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, audio recordings, podcast episodes, interviews, demonstrations, courses, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Anne Ganguzza and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


Except as expressly permitted by Anne Ganguzza in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, license, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, scrape, harvest, mine, or otherwise exploit Website content or other proprietary materials.


8. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Mining & Voice Protection

Anne Ganguzza expressly prohibits the unauthorized use of Website content, podcast content, recordings, transcripts, educational materials, and other proprietary materials for artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, voice cloning, synthetic voice development, biometric modeling, or similar purposes.


Without prior written authorization from Anne Ganguzza, you may not:


  • Use any Website content, podcast episode, audio recording, video, transcript, article, course material, image, or other proprietary material to train, fine-tune, test, develop, validate, improve, or otherwise support any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, system, dataset, or technology.

  • Use such content as training data, development data, reference data, or other input for generative AI systems, large language models, speech models, voice models, or other automated systems.

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, mine, bulk-download, extract, collect, index, or systematically retrieve Website or podcast content for the purpose of creating datasets or supporting artificial intelligence, machine learning, automated systems, or model development.

  • Use bots, crawlers, scripts, automated tools, or other technologies to systematically collect or reproduce Website content except where expressly authorized.

  • Create or contribute to datasets containing Anne Ganguzza content or recordings for AI or machine-learning purposes.

  • Use Anne Ganguzza’s recordings or other voice recordings to create, train, fine-tune, develop, replicate, synthesize, or operate an artificial or synthetic voice, voice clone, digital voice replica, speaker model, or similar technology.

  • Use voice recordings for biometric analysis, voice modeling, speaker identification, or creation of a digital representation of a person’s voice without appropriate written authorization.

  • Circumvent technical, access, or other measures intended to restrict copying, downloading, or use of Website content.


These restrictions apply regardless of whether the use is commercial or non-commercial, paid or unpaid, direct or indirect, or conducted by you or through a third party.


9. Podcast & Audio Content

Anne Ganguzza’s podcasts, including VO BOSS and any other podcast or audio program made available through the Website or associated distribution channels, contain copyrighted audio recordings, interviews, conversations, transcripts, show notes, and related materials.


Podcast episodes and other audio files may be made publicly available or downloadable as part of ordinary podcast distribution. The ability to access, stream, download, or otherwise receive an episode does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, mine, scrape, harvest, license, or use that content for purposes not expressly permitted by Anne Ganguzza.


Without prior written authorization, podcast episodes, recordings, transcripts, interviews, show notes, and related materials may not be used for:


  • Artificial intelligence or machine-learning training;

  • Model development or fine-tuning;

  • Dataset creation;

  • Text or data mining;

  • Voice cloning or synthetic voice development;

  • Voice or speaker modeling;

  • Biometric analysis;

  • Automated content generation based on the recordings; or

  • Other substantially similar automated or computational uses.


The public availability of a podcast episode does not constitute a license or implied permission for any of the foregoing uses.


10. Voice & Recording Protection

Anne Ganguzza’s voice, recorded performances, interviews, coaching recordings, podcast recordings, demonstrations, and other audio materials are valuable intellectual property.


Except where expressly authorized in writing, you may not use, reproduce, isolate, extract, manipulate, or repurpose recordings for the purpose of creating a synthetic or digitally replicated version of Anne Ganguzza’s voice.


This prohibition includes, without limitation, the creation of voice clones, synthetic voices, digital voice replicas, AI-generated voice models, voice datasets, speaker models, or other technologies intended to reproduce or simulate Anne Ganguzza’s voice.


Where a recording includes a guest, student, client, or other participant, additional rights and restrictions may be governed by the applicable guest release, participation agreement, coaching agreement, or other written agreement.


11. No Implied License

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights or licenses are granted to you by accessing or using the Website or its content.


Your access to Website content, podcast episodes, recordings, transcripts, courses, videos, or other materials does not grant you a license to:


  • Reproduce or commercially exploit such materials;

  • Create derivative datasets;

  • Train or develop AI or machine-learning models;

  • Create synthetic or cloned voices;

  • Perform data mining or automated extraction; or

  • Grant any third party permission to undertake any of the foregoing activities.


Any permission for these purposes must be expressly provided in a separate written authorization from Anne Ganguzza.


12. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on anneganguzza.com for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.


13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All services, including coaching, demo production, and video content, are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Anne Ganguzza makes no guarantees about outcomes, job opportunities, or success following coaching, demo production, or video education. You agree to use all services at your own risk.


Anne Ganguzza is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.


14. Termination

Anne Ganguzza reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website or services for any reason, including violation of these Terms.


Termination or suspension does not eliminate any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including intellectual property protections, restrictions on use of content, AI and data-mining restrictions, voice protections, and limitations of liability.


No refunds will be given for terminated accounts or services.


15. Changes to Terms

Anne Ganguzza may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
