Performance Impact Demo Bundle – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This promotional offer applies to new purchases of the Performance Impact Demo Bundle only and may not be applied retroactively to previously purchased coaching sessions, demos, or other services. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

2. Cancellations & Scheduling

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes must be submitted in advance and are subject to our standard scheduling and cancellation policy. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees.

3. Non-Transferability

This offer is non-transferable and may not be assigned, shared, or combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated in writing.

4. Service Usage Period

Coaching and demo production services included in the Performance Impact Demo Bundle must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date. Any services not used within the one-year period may be forfeited unless expressly permitted by Anne Ganguzza at her sole discretion.

In situations where additional coaching beyond the included 10 sessions is advisable prior to recording the demo, any additional coaching sessions and the demo recording session may be scheduled up to one additional year beyond the additional purchase date, as determined by Anne Ganguzza.

5. Performance Impact Demo Bundle – Refund Guidelines

Please note: These guidelines are intended to ensure clarity and fairness, particularly in situations where coaching sessions may be scheduled over time and calendar space has already been reserved.

Refund requests for the Performance Impact Demo Bundle must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. This window allows clients time to reconsider their purchase while also ensuring that coaching time and production resources reserved for the bundle are managed responsibly.

Please note that only the demo production portion of the package is eligible for a refund, and the following service values and refund determination apply.*

Service Values Within the Bundle:

The following service values will be used to determine the refundable amount:

• Performance Coaching Sessions: $200 per session (10 sessions included in the bundle)
• Reserved Demo Recording Session: $700 (The recording session time is reserved as part of the package and valued regardless of whether the recording session has already taken place.)

Refund Determination:

The refundable portion of the bundle applies only to the demo production portion of the package, after deducting the value of any unused coaching sessions and the reserved demo recording session value.

If the total value of services already provided meets or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.

After the Demo Has Been Recorded:

Once the demo has been recorded, an initial review of the demo will be provided. At that time, clients may request reasonable script or production adjustments during the agreed revision period. Following this revision process, the final demo will be delivered for your approval. Once the revision period has concluded and the final demo has been delivered with your approval, the demo is considered complete and refund requests are no longer available.

*In the event of an emergency or significant unforeseen circumstance, exceptions to these guidelines may be considered at my discretion.

6. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
