1. Eligibility

This promotional offer is available to new customers only. A new customer is defined as an individual who has not previously purchased services, demos, packages, or memberships from [Your Business Name]. We reserve the right to determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Refunds are not available after the first month of service under any circumstances.

If a cancellation request is submitted before the completion of the first month, any refund issued will be:

• Prorated based on services rendered; and
• Adjusted to reflect the full standalone value of any demo, session, consultation, or service already provided (not the discounted or bundled rate).
• Individual coaching sessions are valued at $200 per session 

If the value of services rendered equals or exceeds the amount paid, no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations & Scheduling

All cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes must be submitted in advance and are subject to our standard scheduling and cancellation policy.

Failure to provide required notice may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable fees.

4. Non-Transferability

This offer is non-transferable and may not be assigned, shared, or combined with any other promotion unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By booking, purchasing, or participating in this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
