Anne Ganguzza is unique. This was my first thought when we had our initial consultation. She asked me questions about my experience and goals with voiceover and truly listened to my answers. That was a refreshing experience for me. Having mainly done on-camera commercial work with some voiceover in the past, I knew I needed someone who could assertively instruct me. I found that person in Anne. She has this skill that I call the "positive reinforcement" technique. She will let you know when you are not "getting it" and push you out of your comfort zone. Big time! Then, when you do get it or are getting close to it, she will praise you and immediately reinforce your achievement, which instantly boosts your self-confidence. Her timing on this is impeccable. I felt confused as to which genres would suit me. Anne was the first professional to help me understand the type of voice I have. She then gave me lots of homework to hone the subtleties and nuances of the categories we decided were best for me. The result is a corporate/industrial demo that I am enormously proud of. Recording it was a harmonious collaboration between Anne, John, and myself. I have every confidence that this demo will be a successful marketing tool for me. Finally, but not least of all, Anne is a caring person who leads with love. Authenticity and compassion are increasingly hard to find. Anne has these qualities. She is also fun and light-hearted, and her sparkling personality shines through in all that she does for her brand. Whether you are new to voiceover or a trained talent looking to expand your horizons, I can, with all my heart, highly recommend Anne Ganguzza.

Anne coached me through the ups and downs of the voice over craft. She showed “tough love” and nurturing encouragement in equal measure. She never lost sight of the ultimate goal; to make me a better voice over artist. Through her efforts, I vastly improved my medical narration and my work in other genres. The time I spent with her was worth it.

Having worked with Anne since the start of my voice over career I would describe her coaching as transformative. I didn't know what to expect when I started or how far I would go but am incredibly pleased at how the demo Anne produced for me turned out. I recently completed my new Corporate Narration VO Demo with Anne. This particular project had a few starts-and-stops for several months due to work schedule conflicts. However, Anne did a great job of keeping me on track, fired-up and encouraged me to press on, focus, and complete the demo. I'm so glad I did! It turned out amazing!
