I am just so in love with this demo, I can't get over it. Anne is an amazing teacher and coach. Every word she said to me had a purpose and a lesson. She is kind, gentle, and even tough when I needed it the most. We pulled out ranges from me that I didn't even think were possible! She has this amazing ability of figuring out your strengths and teaching you how to shape them. You absolutely have to do the work and she will give you plenty! Loved every minute and even the sweat!
