I just want to reiterate how much I love the demo - I've listened to it just about a kazillion times already! Throughout every step of the demo process from initial coaching to the actual recording session, it was clear Anne had incredible attention to detail. She puts so much thought into each spot to make sure it highlights your specific strengths. Not only was the experience incredibly and carefully catered - it was also an absolute blast! I am relatively new to voiceover, so Anne was instrumental in helping me fine-tune my brand as a voice actor. I'm absolutely thrilled with my demo and can't wait to make more!

Everyone I talked to said Anne was the go-to person if I wanted to make a killer eLearning demo. I heard good things about her teaching style and cautionary tales about the amount of homework, but the area where Anne shined the most, in my opinion, was when it came to directing the demo session. I don't do a lot of directed sessions, but Anne and her engineer were on it making the hero takes for my demo as we went and giving good feedback and direction throughout the process. I could tell she was listening with a critical ear and trying to put together the best takes possible for my voice. If I wasn't sure about something we tried it again. By the end of our session, I was feeling excited about how each spot sounded, my range, the overall pacing, and the variety of reads we'd been able to capture. The final result? I love my eLearning demo! I feel like it captures the real quality of my skill and authentic voice while also highlighting a bit of my personality. I know I'm going to book with this and I feel like a better prepared actor when approaching eLearning scripts.

I’d heard about Anne and been aware of her prowess as a coach for narration in particular, so I decided to leap forward once I knew I couldn’t stand still any longer. She starts off getting to know you well, which is both logical and awesome. She wants to know your personality, background, and such to not only learn your voice type and what types of voiceover you’d be best situated for as she listens, but also to know where your passions lie, as that can come through in your performance. Her insights into narration, the way she makes it so common sense and how she keeps you in mind of who your audience is, cannot be beat. Working with Anne made me more sure of myself and where I fit in. I felt very humbled to see her and her engineer John working so hard for my sake at the actual demo production time.
