Improvement means money!
Question: If your demo is done does that mean that your coaching is done? Not necessarily.
I work with my students on setting goals and our goal when we were together is usually to create a demo at the end. So I'll coach until I feel that my student is ready to equal the performance that's going to be on the demo. But what's really interesting is that after the demo a lot of times I don't really see some students again.
